Background Colors in Firefox

For some strange reason the background colours in Firefox do not appear. The menus on the left and right are both meant to have a background colour.

Any help resolving this problem will be very much appreciated

What the hell is this?

Code:
<body bgcolor="131B26" text="#FFFFFF" link="#CCCCCC" vlink="cccccccccccccccccccccccccccccccccc">div id='0261719066' style='text-align:center'>
Firstly, you only need to write 'c' three times, secondly, you're missing the opening bracket for the div tag.
