PR 4 on Homepage, but 0 on others - weird

On my site, www.rednerve.com, if you go to the first page (index.html) then it has a PR (PageRank) of 4/10. But, if you go to any of the sub-pages (about.htm, contact.htm, portfolio.htm etc) then they all have PR's of 0!!!

Why is this and is there a way to solve it? index.htm only recently got PR4 so does it take a while to update the whole site's PR or something? Thanks.

Will.

yah its only pages that get pagerank.. eg.. kwacker.com/index.php could be PR5 because there ARE lots of links TO kwacker.com/index.php but maybe kwacker.com/about.php has PR0 because of not having much links to it

If your site is new, you will first get only PR for your main page and after some time google will index your subpages. It takes time for google to index all your pages. This is known as the Sandbox.

Isn't it links going to you and not you linking away?

Indeed, but I have my site listed on directories and for the free listings they require reciprocal links, so that's why I made a links page. But don't worry, there are incoming links for those directories!

you have to provide links for your sub pages as well...coz the PR of your homepage doesnt apply to other pages...so basically you have to list both home page and sub pages.
