Apache Webhosting Control Pannel Upload

Does anyone know if theirs a free programe or script in the form of a control pannel available to allow web users to upload files which allows them to host a site by uploading to a computer running the apache web server?

youll need a sssl to send the file to the server but if your wanting to do what i think you want to do then a simple file managment script will do

i want users to be able to have a web control pannel so that they can upload and host their sites on my computer. Is their any free software or scripts for that. Thanks
