Invision Boards Help?

I'm currently working on a design and I wish to bring in new featured to my webpage by showing some stats from my forums.

I basically want the stats to be like;

News Members
Member 01
Member 02
Member 03
Member 04
Member 05

Latest Posts
Post 01
Post 02
Post 03
Post 04
Post 05

NOTE: Only showing 5 per each. I am using Invision Power Board(U) v1.2. I have been looking all over the net for some codes or something to try and do this but I sadly cannot find anything.

If anyone could help, I would be REALLY grateful. Thanks a lot.

It's all a matter of querying the ibf_members table.

Something like "get name from ibf_members desc limit 5". Though I do suggest checking out the forums at www.invisionize.com
