Can anyone recommend a good Fireworks MX 2004 Tutorial?

I was wondering if anyone could recommend a good Fireworks MX 2004 tutorial (preferably a CD rom, I am not a fan of reading) that they have used before. I found one on Ebay, but it isnt for the 2004 version, think it would make much difference if I just want to learn the basics?

You could always do a google search for tutorials. This way you save money and you can customize your searches to each individual tutorials!
