if you used that font as the main text of your website only people that had that font installed on their computer would be able to see that font, but everyone would still be able to see the content in the default font.

Regards
Brian

Hmm because I wanted to use this font which looked really cool but I dont think that anybody can see it. The font is at http://67.18.241.254/~checkmy/ and I think I am the only person who can see it correctly and sorry for the ip but my domain is still resolving its dns.

Yeah i just see plain old text, another option is, depending on how you were wanting to use the text, you could always make an image, that way the text will be displayed how you want it to be (would not recomend having whole site be an image)

Fonts are cool and all, but the general rule of thumb on websites is to stick with the basics... Arial (my persona fav), Tahoma, Verdana, Trebuchet, and good ole Times New Roman. Other fonts can often be distracting not to mention that many fonts just aren't installed on a lot of computers.

Hi, I suggest you try using Cascading Style Sheet or CSS in your html if you want a particular font to be displayed in a user's screen.. You can find lots of tutes in the web hwo to setup it up.
