Creating a border

Hi guys, my html is pretty basic at best. I was wondering how I can create a border with text around an image.

What I'm trying to do is create a nice section for our sponsors. http://tinyurl.com/3or3mnw the ad that you see below the facebook plugin I would like to place a nice border around that, with the word "Sponsors" above the image.

Maybe even stylzing it a bit and embedding the image sort of like they have here http://www.mmamania.com/ on the left hand side

what's the best way of going about this?

thanks
