realty cms

Good evening guys!

what is the best real estate cms? I am looking for something like findaproperty.com and rightmove.co.uk it may be not the exact clone but something really close so it won't take much time to develop it further.

Thanks in advance.

I think that sites has custom CMS, they make that CMS / PHP script for their self with a programmer and designer team. So, basically it is impossible to find the same CMS. In this case, you need to make your own CMS (sorry). Yes, you can make something similiar with Joomla or Drupal, but this is not efficient way and need a lot of time - you'll need working hard to modificate it..

I suggest you to use Joomla. It is free and user-friendly You can easily manage every aspect of your website, from adding content and images to updating a product catalogue, processing credit card payments or taking online reservations. This CMS meets all SEO requirements.
