Newsletter issues


I am using a template for sending newsletters to members from my website,its html designed templates.I read somewhere that if your header contains CSS files or html elements some of the emal providers sends your email into spam,like hotmail,gmail,outlook 2007 .
How can i fix this, i can paste the code of my email here...

Where did you read that?

Unless your email contains lots of links and/or is sent from a suspicious looking address, then it's unlikely to be perceived/blocked as spam unless the user reports it or has changed their settings to block HTML emails.

You probably also want to avoid sending it to too many recipients because your ISP will be pretty annoyed.

They won't send your email to spam, but they will strip out stylesheets (and usually anything else) in the <head> section. You can stick the stylesheet in the body, but at least one of the free services (gmail?) strips that out too. Ugly as it is, the most reliable way to style html emails is to inline the css, like in your example. Always test in hotmail, gmail, yahoo and outlook before you send to your list.

How can i remove the style sheets,can someone help.I have atatched the code in a doc file..
