Help! Access only pages? How do I do this?

I am working hard on building a site. I am a little confused on something though. I am setting up a website where you can purchase a lifetime or monthly membership. My question is, how do I block member pages from the public? Example: I need member only pages to ask the new user to sign up for an account to view.

I am planning on using a billing software called WHMCS. Will this software do this? I am completely confused on how to do this. Right now most of my pages are like this: index.html, about.html, order.html, and etc. What should I use for member only pages? Thanks for any help and advice!!!!

Hello,

I think whcms will provide accounts that will hide the members only pages from the unregistered users. You should ask their support.
This is done in php by the use of sessions and I don't think you will need to to this by yourself, since you buy the software.
But, it also depends on what features you want to implement.
