Ok I want to allow users of some of my sites to have an option to get an email address on my site for a fee.
So say they want email@mydomain.com they can register that email but they have to pay say $1 so after they payment goes through the email is set up.Kind of like how domains are registered on internet.bs
Also I would like to have different qoutas for different prices and allow them to log into the whole site with email@mydomain.com

You can install wordpress on your site then install a plugin like membership etc , so you can do it what you want .

You can just contact an email service online to help you. It seems that you gave an example about adamski. If you like the system then continue with applying it to your site, If you do not like it then change it.
