What the heck is up with my site?

The site is HvacSchool.net - check sig for a link.

THe home page loads fine but every other page does not load the template - this has never happened before, i have no idea what the problem is. any ideas?
site was created using joomla.

What do you mean by not loading the template ?
It seems ok from here. Tried it on both Firefox and IE and all pages including front page use the same template.
