something weird is happening with my site

so if you goto my site Zen Cart!, The Art of E-commerce and under categories there are three different links hat, jewelries, and shirts if you click hats, the layout part the page, categories, reviews, and information boxcontainer will shift downward...

now here is the weird part you press ctrl+a to highligt everything in screen will put everything back into its orginal place, what could be causing this issue

CTR+a gives normal select

I also have no problems. Also ctrl+a gives a normal selection.
Google Chrome is the browser I used.
