Design help

Is there mistake in the design of this site about futures commodity? I need your help to improve its look, please! Thank a lot!!

Maybe not mistakes, but no, I don't think it looks very good. First of all the color scheme isn't very good IMO. I recommend you search in Google for "color scheme gallery", and pick something that works. Second, I wouldn't use more than one sidebar (too much clutter!). If there's too much stuff on your sidebar, just remove some items. Another good choice is to put two sidebars alongside.

The middle portion of the header looks blank. The theme color chosen was not quite bright.
Bring web 2.0 look and improve the logo of the site
