Need a little photoshop work done

Hey everybody,

I am looking for someone who can make custom, cartoony looking avatars based on photos that I provide. Anybody here have experience doing that, or know someone? If so, what are the rates like?

I think there are websites that do it for free? I cannot vouch for the results, just a thought?
