Started playing with my new toy, is it too Parking Lot'ish? Did I go overboard lol, still needs some fixing up here and there... but I think you get the idea...

Looks pretty good Mike.

But I would maybe remove one or two of the (P)arking.ws signs..
The one in the top left corner is enough IMO..

Sublime is an unknown quantity at this point
 



I think the grass thing looks a bit to repetitive, get the clone stamp tool and randomly swipe it around with the selection of the grass. for photoshop that is

Some Domainer just backed his Domain into one of our Parking Signs, thus it has been removed
