![]() | How difficult install different WP theme to a subdomain? Hello, I have a WP site and theme up at MMA.BS - Global Mixed Martial Arts Community and I would like to have a category that takes you to a subdomain, and on that subdomain I want a different theme I already have selected. How difficult a process is that? Or is it impossible? Thanks! |

![]() | It is easy to do. Just set up your subdomain such as subdomain.mma.bs Then go your control panel in your hosting account and set up a new blog at subdomain.mma.bs since it is a totally different blog it can have a different theme. If you still have any question just let me know |

![]() | Thanks! What I'm really looking to do is have a One News type setup under one of the categories on my main theme. I'm not sure if I can do that from WITHIN the current premium theme, or if I have to use the One News premium theme on a subdomain. I just want that columned refreshing feed aggregation implemented on my site, covering topics/sites/people my visitors will be interested in. I'm not sure if I'm overthinking, and don't have to use the One News premium theme, I just already have that theme and I like the basic look of it, just columns of feeds... |

![]() | It’s a matter of what you think you can do with the theme – I really try to stay away from installing WP and databases multiple times – just more installs to update, keep admin info for, etc. I think that you could probably accomplish what you want to with a single WP install and one database.

![]() | I think you can get it done using a custom made template based theme which will make your life easy to manage the whole website under one admin panel. - go4wordpress.com |

![]() | I recently did this for www.aaronmoody.co.uk/blog I found the actual set up OK, but can't figure out how to add in a favicon to a sub domain (favicon works for my main domain Aaron Moody but not the blog) |
