Okay it's enough, WTF

Okay, why are lhalf of all the templates I see floating around templates for people selling web hosting. Are 1 in 2 sites web hosting sites? No, so why are there so many templates for web hosting sites, to people who do those MAKE SOMETHING ELSE, MAYBE IT'LL SELL BETTER IF YOU DON'T HAVE SO MUCH COMPETITION.

Anyone else feel the same way?

not really, because hosting companies need a good template to compete, while other sites such as a content site doesn't need such competition

Why does a hosting site need a better template? And if they need better templates why are there budget templates for hosting sites?

first impressions count if i see a website and i dont like first impressions chances are ill go elsewhere

people want and think that the better the template the better your business is going to run. not the case always

i personally hate these template monster style templates, u know photoshop bubles, mashed up photoshop cloud effect with a blue and white gradient and a humungos picture of a case slap bang in the middle.

these budget templates are aimed for resellers imo, people who think webhosting is easy and got a chunk of reseller space. often under 18's using paypal and have to budget there company according to there pocket money. so budget templates try and give the similar idea but without the normal expensive fees.

You don't like template monster templates? I love the 3D flash templates. Best templates ever I think.

i didnt mean all of them, some of them are quite nice and well done its just the hosting style ones, with tahoma font, some cheesy american with holding a mobile fone with a smile from ear to ear saying something like "we love to host you!" or some other cheesy quote.
