![]() | Wordpress or Drupal I have this website/blog which I want to run. A friend of mine made me some nice looking templates of which some are for Wordpress and some are for Drupal. Now at first I was intrested in Wordpress only and I never heard of Drupal before. The thing is that I like one of the Drupal templates he made and I want to use that one for my website. And since I've mainly heard good things about Wordpress, I'd like to know that the main/important differences are between them and which you prefer. |

It is User friendly and Search Engine friendly .. and secondly There are so many guides and video tutorials to help you thru any kind of wordpress problems as compared to Drupal . Wordpress Updates their software alot often than any other blogging software companies and finally wordpress has one of the largest collection of THemes and Widgets to help you get your work done quickly . I just made this blog ( New cars , New reviews . ) in 30 mins . Good luck and Enjoy ! |

![]() | I have used both, and I think that Wordpress is the best blogging platform, it has a wide rang of plugins and theme, more than what Drupal has! Drupal is a CMS which you can use to create a website, but for blogging there is nothing like Wordpress! Good luck, and happy blogging! |

![]() | Wordpress is easier to use but drupal does give you better flexability in creating different types of sites.

![]() ![]() | wordpress I had my sites on joomla for over 4 years and then when it came time to make changes and update the design, I hit a brick wall. Then I decided to migrate, import and convert everything to wordpress. It took me nothing more than few days to get going with wordpress, its that easy. Drupal, it may be impressive for developers and those who know how to code but for those who want to get by without doing much of coding, wordpress is the choice. The wordpress community, plugins, ease of use, themes and ease of use again beats any CMS hands down, including joomla... although, that would be my 2nd choice, not drupal.

![]() | Seems everyone loves Wordpress and nothing overtops it. I'm hundred precent sure I'm going to use Wordpress for my blog now. Think I'm gonna check out Joomla someday too, sounds intresting. Anyway, for Wordpress I'm having trouble finding the right theme. I have this thing in my head of what I want, but just can't find it. Bet some of you had the same problem. |
