What would it cost me to have a site like Sedo made?

I'm wondering what it would cost have a site like Sedo.com made for me. Some estimates would be nice. Also if anyone is able to do a site like this let me know.

Domain transaction volume per month: > $6 million
Number of members: 690,000
Number of domains in our database: 11,500,000
Number of parked domains: 3,200,000
Number of domains sold per month: > 1,900

If I was to take it up for development and offer you a quote, I'd quote somewhere in the range of $5k-$10k project!!

It would only cost you around 1000 - 10,000 $ to get a new site made as good as sedo but to make it as popular as sedo you would have to spend more than 10k cause getting so many people to sell domains you would need your website to be on Page 1 google yahoo etc. + you might have to pay people to list their site too.

Just an off-the-cuff estimate...

Probably $1000 to $2000 to get something with a similar feel with respect to the sales/auction interface and backend databases -- then another $5000 to $9000 to get all the details and functions fully integrated and working (including the parking functions, base graphics, and interfaces). Add about $2500 more to implement and customize multi-administrative capabilities. I would budget an additional $1000-$3000 for customized graphic design.

i own about 100 domains, sell about 40-50 per week and pick up the same amount of new ones. not much traffic on most of them

If you are just looking for a clean sales and auction website, it could be done for considerably less than an exact emulation of full Sedo functionality. Of course, the ability to park domains and collect visitation statistics while simultaneously offering them for sale is a fundamental aspect of Sedo's popularity.

so i would probably make more money if i did all three, buying, selling, and parking. What else dos sedo have other then that? From looking at the site I don't really see much other then that.
