Need a layout.

I run http://www.akirablaid.com and we're in the process of getting a new server and user system. We'll need a new layout as well, and I was wondering if anyone here could help? Must be stylish and modern looking. Take bleachportal.com and narutofan.com as examples. Must be naruto-themed, attractive and effective.
