Table Width

Greetings,
At: http://www.equipmentpolice.com/scroll.htm
Can't figure how to get the width down to 100%
so it can not be scrolled to the right.
I have tried adjusting all the suspected attributes to no avail.

You can't,As you don't have a table.

you can't have 2 body tags ......
this is only one mistake.. .
seems to me you might wanna read something about html first .....

You do also have two <title> tags as well (and a lot of other "strange" things in there)..

I would have redesigned the whole page from scratch again if I were you..

ummm...your table tag says:
<table WIDTH=107%>

just make it 100% and in "":
<table WIDTH="100%">
