How do i create tabs?

How do i create tabs, so that i can embed a webpage one one tab, or text, or whatever, and then different stuff on another tab, so that a visitor can view the embedded webpage thats on one of the tabs, then view another tab, then go back and the embedded webpage is just how it was?

I believe use some good javascript library for that like
jquery or ExtJS the best one which i recommned.
It will save your time.. and you can create tabs in it.
