i am shopping for templates but how do i write the html codes to fit it? is the html codes usually provided?

for example like a vb skin.....

Vbulletin Skin? Nah templates are not provided with HTML coding, VB? it means vbulletin right?? Anyways yeye they dont provide html with it!

top menu that says sign-up>>about>>member list>>FAQ

and some where on the left side that has buttons/images for various things

How do i match the html links to the buttons/images?.....how do i do it html?

so that when users click on a button the Right page/website is connected?

i think it should be done causse i as seeing some vb templates are done if it isnt done, il do it for free!
