| Well it looks like a custom-written forum so you might have a hard time reproducing that exactly. The skin looks pretty simple, but again its hard to say how to do it unless I had the forum software in front of me.

 | Hmmm well for the format it seems something like Bravnet LOL. Ones like that are hard to find. Most are more organized now, like catogory-forum-sub forum optional. If I happen to come across a forum script like that I'll be sure to tell you.
