graphic artist needed

Hi,
A few of my friends and I are starting a website. All of us seem to have everything covered for a website, except for creating graphics. So we need a graphic artist to be on the "staff" with us. You will receive 25% of the profits from the site. This would include a complete site design and also creation of new images down the road because we will be expanding. Anyoe insterested, please comment and we can discuss it.

Hello. Here is the information about the site:

The site's name is Tooligy. It is going to be a site that provides free tools for webmasters. such as counters, guestbooks, polls, quizzes, ect. The site will be about 100 pages, but there are actually only be 12 pages, because most of them are duplicates. Here is what we want:

-A built in login form into the site template
-An eye catching logo
-No javascript menus, only images or plain text.
-We would like the menu setup like this, but it doesn't need to be:

-5 main links will be in the header (logout,my services,my account,and 2 more)
-Secondary pages will be linked to on the side of the page.

If you are interested, please make a simple, blank (no content) template for how you invision the site. My partner and I will look at all the entries and choose the one that we like the most. We will also base the decision on how much experience each of you have.

Your job will be only for graphic design, no scripts, no content.

Please email your template to matt[at]tooligy[dot]com. Also, please include:

-The URL to your portfolio (if you have one)
-The URLs to sites you have worked on (if you don't have a portfolio)
-Your name

We will look at the submissions on Friday/Saturday. so try to get it to us by then. we will probably decide on a designer the following Monday. If you are still working on something after then, post here and we will wait a day or two.
