Frames help needed!

would it be possible to insert a frame inside the two black lines [vertical] so i can load different pages from there?. On dreamweaever there only seems to be the option of inserting pre-positioned frames from the frames menu.

also, what are iFrames? is that wat i need to use?

i wud like the type of frame on http://www.mobiletournament.com, but without the scrollbar

iframes are what you'd want to use in this situation, or PHP includes, that'd work as well.
