Looking For A Few Good Web Designs, Graphic Designers.. Etc.

Hello everyone. I run my own web design business and also do graphic design and desktop publishing. Most of the time I have too much work to handle on my own so I am looking for a few good designers to join my team.

Here's what i'm looking for...

++ atleast 17 years of age
++ skills in either web design, graphic design, or desktop publishing
++ skills in programs such as.. adobe photoshop, macromedia flash, macromedia dreamworks, microsoft frontpage, microsoft power point, paint shop pro, etc.
++ must be creative and have lots of good ideas
++ must have atleast a couple of hours of spare time each week

This is great for anyone who only works part time or someone that is just looking for a good way to make some extra cash on their weekends.

Feel free to ask any questions that you may have. Please send a resume (If you have one) and samples of your work to..
