Help with a legal site?

I'm a lawyer, trying to start up a couple sites related to U.S. immigration. I've been playing with joomla templates, but still need to that professional touch or look. I have figured that I definitely need a logo/header designed. But also, someone to touch up and add extensions to the joomla template.

My questions are:

1. Do I need to have the jobs done by different people?
2. Where should I find some one for those jobs? (here- renta coder)
3. What will something like this cost me?

Any info would be great. I also would be looking to get some banners done for advertising. Thanks

Here is a site I found that does custom templates.

http://www.mozami.net/

You might want to search the web get some quotes look at portfolios. Because programming a Joomla template is quite different then creating a normal interface for a site, you might want to find a specialist. Make sure you ask to see a portfolio of all their Joomla works before considering a person for a job.

Prices will vary. I don't quite know how much a Joomla template completely coded would cost. I would guess $300-$500 approximately.
