![]() | newb in need of advice. i am looking to build myself an e-zine format website. i have a little programming knowledge and am a quick learner; however, there are time considerations and i want to get this thing done in as short a time as possible. can you please direct me to the best software for a newb to start working on a project of this nature? let me rephrase to make the question more clear. in your opinion, what is the best webdevelopment software for a relative newb to start learning on and be able to pull off a fairly ambitious project(for a newb) in the least amount of time? thanks in advance. gds |
