Scrolling <TD>? Please Help


I want to have the news on my site (http://www.infoxbox.net) be displayed in a cell that can be scrolled with a vertical scrollbar. How can I do this?

The area I am refering to is the area that has the text:

thanks for the tip, but I already fixed it using CSS. It still does not show up entirely correctly on Netscape, but since the majority of my viewers use IE is shouldnt be too big of a deal for now.
