Looking for business partner for sound effects and music production and distribution

I am in the process of setting up an online business selling the thousands of sound effects, library music and samples to the media industries. I am looking for someone who is interested in becoming a partner, who has advanced knowledge in web design, building databases and management of the site.

I would prefer someone who is also interested in this field, but it is not essential.

The person would also have to live in the UK, preferably south, but again, not essential.

I have started to design the site, but would like someone to take over the responsibilty of managing, updating, and maintaing the site.
