![]() ![]() | Unfortunately there's not really much you can do about situations like this unless you have some type of signed contract or something. Is the .org yours or there's or?

![]() ![]() | basically complain agreed. destroy his yahoo address with spam? not to mention the register mail? Contact the BBB? leave a ton of negative feedback on alexa and let them know? create your own Guyana institute sucks pages and dominate the search engine rankings for his/her rankings. leave messages on the .org address explaining how much of crooks they are? Dont forget the .net if available? subscribe to a bunch of services with their address? ????: NamePros.com http://www.namepros.com/showthread.php?t=22986 Get incorporated and send NY collections on them? Hire some hackers? Mean enough? - maybe start small and work your way up on them and keep them informed. The big lesson here is that if youre going to do the work and show them before they pay at least keep all the passwords private and maybe even a watermark to protect yourself. good luck PS. I dont recommend doing the above it was more of a joke. FYI |

![]() | As the designer, you've got the originals of all the content on the site right - if there was any PSD work, or - 'workable' files that went into the site that they might not of gotten when they downloaded from the FTP... I think the evidence is in your court - or possibly, the file dates on your files will predate theirs, (tho im not positive about this) which would again, make for a little more evidence then your word against theirs.. id threaten some sort of legal action, offer som techi-evidence, and challange them to prove their work. (which ofcourse, is yours).. just a thought tho, i aint a legal expert.

![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | if you design the site.. you must have psd for that right? so you have right to fight against them. see in internet there is a law of copyright... we designers put out copyright at bottom when we finish design and it is copyrighed to us.. if somebudy steal it you can go against him. I CAN SAY JUST FIGHT WITH THEM. |
