Help with my band site

Hey everyone.. im new around here (and in the world of web design). Some amazing site designs on this board, i must say! Basically im in an upcoming punk rock band based in london, uk. and we want a website.. i have started to design a site.. but having A LOT of trouble.. www.snarfer.space-host.co.uk/homepage..htm

Uhm, yeah.. i know this is unlikely.. but can someone help me design a site.. or lend me a template to experiment with?
