I think that I'ts not true that the best web designers are in USA or in hole America or Canada !
I am 17 years old, and I can build sites like www.dir.bg www.gbg.bg or other portal sites. I have earn money from adult web business! I think that I have graduated all web development skills from html to PHP without ASP ! In America most of 30 or 40 years old peoples are don't informed about PC's like me !
From Bulgaria (the country I live) all youth people emigradeted in hole USA and Europe and most of all are PC engineers ! Here in Bulgaria everyone who is much gooder programist and webdesigner is very reach :=)

Hi there Zdravko, I haven't worked with people from Bulgaria either but I do support the team that your Bulgarian soccer captain plays for (Stilian Petrov)!!

Aside from that, I think that Eastern Europe has a lot to offer. I am currently working with a design firm that has offices in Canada, California, and Belarus. Due to the time differences, I spend most of time speaking with the Belarus office and they are most professional and extremely competitive. They have also come up with solutions that other design houses haven't been able to offer me.

We should not be blinkered into always looking at our home areas as the rest of the world has so much to offer.

Dimitar Berbatov (working for some famous German team, last team was Liverpool! I am not informed about the sports very much. For an years ago 1994 world chanpionship in USA. Bulgaria won 4th place in the world. We beated Germany and we have discualified them from the semifinal ! Someones like Stoichkov Letchkov Kostadinov Balakov are history in the football championship and much people had heared for them :=)

uhhh, I've never heard anyone say that american's are better at web design. I dont like the styles on the websites you showed us. If they're your's good job with the programming.

I've heard from other topic about asking someone to create web site for e-marketing to accumolate 100leads per mounth for some american construction build firm (some posts below that searches marketing web master (He must be one from America they posts!)) That was the reason for posting this theme !

Can I ask the other users and the moderators of this forum ?
Can I find someone that wants cheap webdesign, hosting, other that I can accumolate some money from this forum or this forum is created only to help the other webmasters about any problems ? Couse at that time I don't see some posts like that ???

I think that this is wrong, couse you can find in bulgaria web designer or web designers team that they will design a site in a very cheap prices !!! The economy in bulgaria is much worse than the other countries in EU ! The prices for $ and Euro are 1.55lv = 1$ and 1.95$ = 1Euro
but our bulgarian sallery are 300lv=~150 Euro for a mounth ! This sallery is for good work here, like peoples who are graduated Collages and Universities ! Here you can find most of them. Loyers, iconomist, computer programists!

So think where is more best for you (in prices) and then search for webmasters...
