I am working on a site for a realtor and she wants a search box for all the homes for sale in our area so when a buyer wants to see what homes are for sale they can enter the price range they are looking for and the bedrooms/baths they are looking for and it will return those homes that meet that criteria. How do I do this? How do I get access to all the homes that are for sale in my area? Thanks for your help!!

It's not free, but may actually be worth it in the long run for a real estate type website, unless you've got the time and knowledge to code up something yourself.

I don't know how you can get all of the real estate listings in a certain area. I'm sure there is most likely a database of all the listings kept for your local area somewhere though, possibly even online somewhere. You may want to just try a few searches for real estate listings in your area and you'll probably find something. You may also want to look at http://realtor.com/Default.asp?poe=realtor

I have recently completed a real estate site for a company and this included me having to write a search engine for them.
