Guestbook form???

I need a section on my site where other users can review my site e.g. fill out a form with their details and what they like/dislike about my website) - i have heard that this can be done using a guestbook and with a guestbook other users can view what other visitors have written about my site - i was wondering if their is a simple method of creating a guestbook so that i can get it to work from dreamweaver mx - i have seen some that use php but i have NO idea how on earth to work this PHP thing and would like to stay away from it - thx for ANY kind of help towards this
