Does anyone can give me a free Full CSS Template? I would pay 30NP$ if i think it is a good template.

I have no idea how to make them but you probably aren't gonna get much for 30Np$

not at all...i make fully functional 1s with graphics included for 500NP$ or we could work out a $ price

The good ones are usually quite pricey. I don't know about his design, but that price might be saying something.
