Flash Text Scrollbars

can someone design me a text box with flash scroll bars?

I want something like this http://www.smartwebby.com/Flash/text_scrollers.asp

if anyone can help me it would be greatly appreciated.

It will be used with this pic, http://bumrecords.net/designs/rough.jpg

It will be on the left of the design on the rop right. If anyone can do this for me it would be greatly appreciated.

You can make graphic scrollbars with javascript too, but a normal scrolling div is easier to implement.

Did you notice i used a scrolling div in my other example?

yea i did, but its just with flash the text wont enlarge i believe. I also dont know css too well so i already kind of got this flash down and its easier for me
