Rowan W will become famous soon enough

24 at least, given those specifications.

However it takes me maybe two-three hours if you leave out the 'slicing' part, as slicing removes the possiblity of 'perfection' and increases coding time.

TwiztedFake is on a distinguished road

A good day or two. Most of the time is spent on the actual "slicing" and maybe 3-4 hours on the all the coding. Providing all the coding is done with CSS. Using tables I'd say less than 2 hours of coding.
