but I have seen html pages with active contents that are not blocked showin active content. how can I make my html pages containing active content that they are not be blocked .I mean they dont be blocked in viewer browsers not my brwose.

It's a result of having XP Service Pack 2 installed.

Microsoft describes it:
http://support.microsoft.com/kb/843017

and says lower your security settings. Not sure this helps you much.

do you mean :when I dont have service pack 2 installed ,the IE wont show this bar to the visitors of my site?
my problem is not showing this bar to me,my problem is showing this bar to my html page visitors.when I have seen html pages by my system which has service pack 2 instaaled on, that they dont make the yellow bar appear although they contain active content.
so, I wanna ask how can I make a html page containing active content that doesn't make the yellow bar appear in the browsers which have service pack2 installed on?

Really, though, I wouldn't use "IE" and "security" in the same sentence/phrase if I was you...

Rather its your browser or your user's, only thing that keeps monitored content from alerting user is for user to do one of two things, neither of which users are likely to do. They are, if they trust your site, however, more likey to do the 2nd option, rather than the first

1) Lower security settings for their "internet" zone itself. Asking users to do this is neither nice, nor professionally viewed as smart; and smart users will not come back to you for suggesting it.

2) Lower security settings in the "Trusted Sites" zone (and possibly not even have to lower this, depends on default and your scripts). Just ask them to put your site in their "Trusted Sites" zone. If they trust you enough to do this, bingo. If not (and this is saying nothing about you, as I don't know you or your scripts), then they are just being smart

Rowan W will become famous soon enough

This message only appears if you're viewing a html page with javascript which has been saved to your computer. It will not show up if the page is online, or if the page has a different file extension.

For example if you changed the file name from insecure.html to insecure.asp you wouldn't get the warning. That's microsoft security for ya.

To prevent the message from showing up on your computer, go to Tools > Options > Advanced > Security > and select "Allow Active content to run on this computer". I'm not sure if that's the exact wording as I don't have SP2 installed.

It only happens when you use a client scripting language like javascript and view that page in your local computer. This information will not come if you used javascript and you are viewing that page in Internet. In internet, this type of information only comes, if you used ActiveX in your pages and you are using cgi_force_redirect to start a download of file. Microsoft done a good job by releasing SP2 and enabling these type of informations and blocking. Previously, some bad scripts and ActiveX components were directly executed without users knowledge. But now IE is almost okay in security.
