Need some Help Please (this should be easy for you guy)

Hey guys
I just got free hosting from Zeeblo. (5GB transfer and 100MB space)

i had a couple of questions i was wondering that maybe you guys could help me out. These are pretty easy, just that i'm new at this.

ok

my main website is www.iraze.com, when you enter the url in the address bar and it shows something like "parent directory" and so on.... I already have a page ready to put up as the first page you see when u enter the URL, the problem is I dont know how to change the settings in cPanel so that i can upload that.

I installed phpbb2 forums using fantastico. and they work fine i guess.
i downloaded a new style or Theme, from phpbb.com and was wondering how i can use this new style.
step by step help is really appreciated.

how do i check, that how many people visited my page or stuff like that? I went to Web/FTP Stats and then Webalizer but it said "Webalizer stats have not yet been generated!" am i doing anything wrong? how do i fix that?

last but not least. How do i get people to come to my forums? they have nobody on them except me and some other guy. how do i interest people to come to the forums?

upload your index page into the public_html folder.
To check stats inside youe cPanel click on the web/FTP stats icon.

adding phpBB2 forum styles:
Upload your new template's folder, make sure to put it in the templates directory.
Go into your phpBB and go to the Administration Panel.
Find the Styles Admin section.
Click the category labeled 'Add'.
You should see your new template in the list, click 'Add'.
thats it, you may now change your board's template to the new one by going to
Administration Panel -> General Admin -> Configuration

Getting people to your forums:
get links from other sites, directories, forum signatures etc etc. These links will also get your site noticed by google & other search engines.

you have Ftp account, right? so just upload your page and overwrite the old one.
