Javascript Meta Declaration

I have a javascript that turns off the music when the stop button is pressed on this site: http://www.tarotrealm.co.uk/title.htm

I was wondering what I need to put in the meta declaration in the head section for this, would <META HTTP-EQUIV="Content-Script-Type" CONTENT="text/javascript"> be correct?

Thanks
