domain auction site

Hello All,

I am planning to make a website for domain auctions. I know there are a lot of websites out there where domain auctions are going. But since there are many knowledgeable people on NP, encourages me to ask,

1. how can I make a domain auction site work. Any ideas or design here, meaning organizing things in different way etc.

2. What features are we missing in present sites, that are on wish list of many people.

u should check out the other sites and study their way of works to find a feature u can b different 4 them about
