Need help for ''ithink'' html template.

hello yall.

I have just opened my ebay shop & want my listings to look good. But can't figure how to make templates ( i think this is the right thread )

I want to make something like this black border with my description in the middle, Do i do this in adobe or...If so ho.

Why dont u search some free templates that come up to ur needs and u would not have u work that hard!

Was the first thing i did, Couldn't find none i like. Plus i need a logo too, Thats why i'm offering 60np$(all i have) for it.
