Help with Hyperlink...

Okay well I have a button that I would like a user to press, and it takes them to my site. Everything looks great, however when I made the button a hyperlink, that ugly blue hyperlink outline surrounds the button. How do I remove the blue outline? This has never happened to me before. I have set "a:link{text-decoration: none}" in the head, which I thought would remove it. Any ideas?

Thanks for the offer, but I figured it out. It was a simple border=0, forgot to add it. Duh! Thanks again!

is it an image, or a button?
