Quick & Easy Shopping Cart?

I need a very basic shopping cart. All the carts I've looked at are WAY overkill. I just want something clean and easy to take care of a 3-item site. No inventory control, no product management, no customer database, etc. Just a basic cart that will do basic functions like allow the user to add items to the cart, add sales tax, calculate shipping, enter credit card info then store the order info in a folder for secure retreival and notify the admin by email that an order has been placed. NO MySQL. NOT just PayPal-based. Preferably PHP or straight HTML. Thanks...

perhaps

Now I am no guru but I have found that if any information for CC# is stored via a file then it is not secure so if you are planning on using and merchant account you may want to use mysql. In doing so then the middle numbers can be stored in the database while the other numbers are emailed. I suppose it was security. I only say this because this what I was told because I only want to sell 4 things. Ended up settling for zen cart as its free and has all the payment modules in there downloads. Also it was a piece of cake to install and disable all the stuff I didnt need. Though it is made for big stores it works fine for my application.
