I know for a fact the .com is available and sticking with the .org is a deliberate choice.

just visited that website and typed in asdasdasdasdasdasdasdasdasdasd.com

I am very tired of Bell Domains. But I don't understand complaining about someone offering a service that is not illegal or a scam. Yes, it is spam, so why not do something about it if it bothers you?

File a spam report with the hosting company and domain registrar. This does not always work, but about 90% of the time the spam stops even if the site is not taken down. I normally warn domainers that send these kinds of messages about domains they are selling, but after the first time, they get reported just like all the other spammers.
