hi, i want to share my experience too, few days ago , i registered a domain with namejet for backorder which was about to expire, they sent me message that this domain is available thru auction, i put my bid ( 69 usd ) after few days i got confirmation that i won the bid and then they charged my credict card also for the bid amount and sent me confirmation that they will transfer this domain to my name and will inform in few days time. i was happy. but after few days they sent me mail that they are not able to give me this name because i need to send them some information, which i have to send within 3 days. i sent the information required by them immediately but instead of registering that domain under my name, they disabled my account and never wrote anything to me. now they have sold this domain to someone else.

can anybody guide what can i do and where to complain? i have their confirmation letter and credit card statement which is showing that they charged bill amount from that card.
