This email totally smells scam, I assume you end up buying whatever he got for sale hoping to make big bucks with your domain instead of taking the offer, just sending him a reply now that I am taking the offer (

- will report back).

Why not give him a call? Telephone number is in his whois.
Could be a quick sale. Could you PM me your domain? Highly interested what he is looking for.
